• Do you give quotes?   We come to you with samples of louvre sizes, colours & accessories, measure up and give you a quote valid for 90 days

• Do you fit the shutters / blinds?   Your shutters or blinds are made to your requirements and then we come back and install them for you. All part of our service, you don't have to lift a finger.

• How long is the lead time?   Depending on the time of year, lead times vary from 8 - 12 weeks for shutters. Blinds are 2,5 - 4 weeks. (Should you require shutters sooner, we make them in England to a high spec in 4 - 6 weeks but they are at a higher price point)​

• What guarantees do you give?   Solid wood shutters are the most robust, we give a 7 year warranty on manufacture and workmanship. Polyvinyl shutters have a 5 year warranty. All other products carry a 1 year warranty. (see our T's & C's for more details)

• What materials do you use in your shutters?   Our shutters are made from assorted solid wood with various finishes, with the exception of bathroom/water resistant shutters that are top quality polyvinyl with an aluminium core. (we do not use MDF or cheap plastic)
