  • Do you give quotes?
    We come to you with samples of louvre sizes, colours & accessories, measure up and give you a quote valid for 90 days.
  • How do I book an appointment?
    Get in touch by phoning, emailing or filling in our contacts page and someone will help you as soon as they can.
  • Do you fit the shutters / blinds?
    Your shutters or blinds are made to your requirements and then we come back and install them for you. All part of our service, you don't have to lift a finger.
  • Do you give a warranty on your shutters?
    Solid wood shutters are the most robust, we offer a 7 year warranty on manufacture and workmanship. Polyvinyl shutters have a 5 year warranty. All other products such as blinds and curtains etc. carry a 1 year warranty. (Motors are guaranteed in line with suppliers e.g. Somfy offer a 5 year warranty in line with their terms and conditions) See our T's & C's for more details.
  • How long does it take to get the shutters?
    We have two options. Our main range comes from overseas and takes 8 - 12 weeks to arrive by ship. Our locally made range takes 4 - 6 weeks.
  • Can shutters be installed in arched or round windows?
    Yes, these are classified as shaped shutters. An experienced installer will survey the window before ordering to check the dimensions and operation of the shutter before placing any orders.
  • What are your shutters made of?
    Our shutters are made from assorted solid woods with various finishes, with the exception of our bathroom/water resistant shutters that are top quality polyvinyl with an aluminium core. we do not use MDF or cheap plastic.
